niubi Posted June 12, 2005 at 05:08 AM Report Share Posted June 12, 2005 at 05:08 AM hi! does anyone have experience getting a tourist visa to russia in china? i am planning to go to novosibirsk in siberia this summer. as i will be in china before that, i thought it would be convenient and perhaps cheaper to get the russian visa (for a u.s. citizen) in china rather than the u.s. thanks!
