Kenny同志 570
I would appreciate help with these four terms which appear in the floor plan of a sports institute. What do they mean exactly? I did a bit of research using Google and found that a clearinghouse could be a number of things. Unfortunately, none seems to fit the context. I reckon spine building refers to the exercises to make one's spine stronger but I am not very sure.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clearing_house Many thanks in advance. Edit: This page might be of help. http://neutrinodata.s3.amazonaws.com/grip/userimages/Venue-Maps/CANBERRA%20-%20Australian%20Institute%20of%20Sport.pdf
Kenny同志 570
It turns out ASC is the acronym for Australian Sports Commission. https://secure.ausport.gov.au/clearinghouse/knowledge_base/organised_sport/sport_systems_structures_and_pathways/structure_of_australian_sport So ASC Administration is 澳大利亚体育委员会行政楼? roddy 5,467
Special event interchange, given the location next to the buses, probably means where you get the buses to go to big events held elsewhere, or maybe where people coming to this location for special events get off. Not sure about 'spine building', but suspect it's more likely to refer to a building which connects other buildings or something.

Just adding that you were correct. The spine building is numbered 18 in the picture.
