New user posts list: issue with timestamp

Roddy,

in the "Latest Posts" column, the dates are all translated to my local timezone.

But in the "New User Posts" column, the dates seem to be Chinese time.

It's 11 AM here but some posts are reportedly from "Today, 02:37 PM"

Maybe there's a time travel functionality on this forum

Yeah - the new user posts one (good to see someone using that!) is a little bit of a mess (ahem, because I made that myself) - it is cached every few minutes, but the cached data is based on the timezone of the user who happens to visit when it's due to be recached. If that makes sense?
