Ah, the good old days of being sent to work in the countryside after the Cultural Revolution, I remember them well.

 

Oh wait, no I don't, I was born too late and in the wrong country. But listening to this song, I almost feel like I was there. Great song, and the lyrics are very moving too.

Yes, the good old days- from the second half of the 70s to the late 80s. Lasted a bit longer in HK/Taiwan.

Oh this song 《小芳》 is deep Demonic. I have heard gentlemen prefer silver, it's good to know they respect other cultures too.
