I was informed that I will be staying at ZhongGuanXinYuan Global Village (中关新园), and was told the school will take care of the arrangements. For those who have experience with this, I was just wondering starting when can I check in? The acceptance letter states that I need to register/arrive at PKU by Feb. 19, but I was wondering if I could check into the Global Village accommodation a little earlier and if so, when? I am just thinking about touring Beijing/neighboring cities before school starts. The check-in date info will allow me to book airline tickets. Many thanks in advance! There may be nobody around to let you in beforehand. Why not go straight to the horse's mouth though? Contact 'em! You got time to do so. Congrats on the scholarship!
