markg Posted April 30, 2016 at 03:32 AM Report Share Posted April 30, 2016 at 03:32 AM Hi, sorry if this is a silly or obvious question, but after having trawled through different threads and websites I haven't seen a clear answer. Is there eligibility restrictions on multiple entry tourist visas? I will be applying with Australian passport. Thanks!
New Members ktb Posted June 22, 2016 at 11:39 PM New Members Report Share Posted June 22, 2016 at 11:39 PM A clear answer? I can only say that I got one about a month ago, a 6 month 60 day L type visa on my Australian passport. It was not straight forward. It would have been a lot easier to get a double entry. I used a travel agent to sort it out, but there were a few hassles with it.
889 Posted June 23, 2016 at 08:05 AM Report Share Posted June 23, 2016 at 08:05 AM Multiple-entry visas are quite easy these days for American, Canadian, and British citizens, especially applying in their own countries. For others it varies a lot, but they almost always stand a better chance applying at home. (If you're of Chinese descent, especially if you have relatives in China, then the situation may be different.)
