Looks like a parent should also worry if his/her child goes to school here. For the record, I disagree with corporal punishment in schools anywhere in the world. It just came from the fact that you asked me how I felt about my child being physically assaulted by a teacher. Thanks for offering your input and experience on Chinese schools, I appreciate it, and as I said, physical abuse is not something I would put up with from a teacher in any country.
