TheWind Posted February 18, 2017 at 12:39 AM Report Share Posted February 18, 2017 at 12:39 AM 2.甲乙双方签订协议后,在富通天下软件看到乙方正常工作后开始,乙方成交的合同在客户全款到后,甲方在次月30号发提成为合同金额的1.5%, 若满一年完成销售100万以上,甲方另外补乙方12000元作为奖金. 3.第二年提成发放方式与第一年相同,要求全年任务100万,若完成98/99万(即100万以下)均不另补奖金, 只要达到了100万, 我们都按完成200万补24000.00奖金方法计算.(那150万就是补18000,170万就是补24000/200*170=20400,哪怕是130万,就按这推比率,24000/200*130=15600,如果完成420万则24000/200*420=50400.00)以此类推. 4.销售高于参考价格的奖励是与公司各一半,比如多了3000,甲乙双方各1500,不扣乙方任何的税金,这个超出的部分不参与1.5%提成,也不算在任务中总销售金额100万当中.此奖励在货款全部回笼的次月30号和提成一起发. 5.如果在此期间,乙方并没有使用富通天下软件发邮件和管理客户,乙方有权收回账号. 乙方不得出卖甲方公司任何信息,否则甲方有权追究乙方法律责任.并停发提成, 收入归零.
