QQ International issue. Cant login. Details in the post.

Hi folks,

I have made a new QQ account. I am based in EU so using an EU sim card. It has worked fine and then suddenly QQ app have loged me out. I have tried to login with a captcha nothing happen. After numerous attempts account got temporary locked. I supplied my phone nr on file to unlock account and sms would not arrive. 

Today account is unlocked however yet to be able to log in. I have tried to use sms login - when I enter phone number it says login failed.

I think some people probably simply flagged my QQ account? I corrected some folks incorrect English grammar lessons in one QQ group

Is there a 1) Way to unlock existing QQ 2) Prevent QQ account temp or permanent closure due to false flagging.

There's an account recovery team that you can email. Check the QQ website.

Nobody flagged you

(unless you know that there was a reason for someone to flag you) 

I have the same problem, My QQ and the whole tencent alphabet soup. Cannot log in. 

I am on QQ for well over 10 years. However ever since moving out of China they are constantly giving me a headache. 

Correct name 

Correct phone number, 

Correct email (that the account was created with) and nothing. 

 

Now I have additional place to fill in. 

ID number (and they don't mean your US/UK etc ID number)

I would write a letter to QQ help center.

Both in English and the Chinese. 

 

Make a note that if you check the fine print, it says that if you are logged out of Tencent services (music, mail, wechat etc) for more than 3 months your account is lost in the space forever.

And they might and will reassign your QQ number to a spanky new member. 

However it wasn't the case couple of years ago. I wasn't sign in for over a year. And finally I got lucky. 

But not this time around. 

And my friends can see me on their list of friends.
