Art Foundation Class for Applying to University in Taipei, Taiwan.

Hello all!

I'm going to Taiwan this August to study Chinese in MTC. I've just graduated from high school and my goal is to study Fine Art in Taiwan. I read alot about Taiwan and I'm all for Oriental Art. And of course Taiwanese universities require portfolio to apply to.

The case is: I'm pretty sure that I have to study there for a pretty amount of time to be able to be fluent in Chinese.

I would like to ask if any of you know any drawing classes in Taipei for like high-school students who are applying to art school/university so I can join in during the time I'm there. 

I'm already taking art classes back here in my country but I'm super super super worried about how to maintain this after going to Taiwan
