As the title. It's an older TV series. At the end the bad one of the two who was screwing over his partner was trying to sell off the company or something, and buy a house in the tropics. It's kind of like a Chinese Breaking Bad with less murder and more deception.

 

Can anyone identify this show? Would love to dig into it again, but can't recall the name to save my life

浮沉 was the name. Recognized 韩董生 on the cover of 警界英豪 and checked his other works for two character titles. Funny how we remember peculiar details many years later. Now, time to rewatch after having leveled up my listening skill tree.
