The review is written in a mixed style of HK Cantonese and standard Chinese -> 香港10大私房菜 (2005年6月新版) As to the eateries, I have only tried No. 3 and it is not bad at all. In the '80s when the trend of 私房菜 has not yet started, I was already introduced to try him. But 崩牙成 was already very smug by that time and teased me that he wouldn't prepare any banquet under HK$4,000 which was over my budget.
