Well, it looks cheap and tacky, and while it reflects directly only on the marketing staff, who often act quite independently of the people you'd actually deal with, it does call the credibility of the entire company into question. I'm loath to advise avoiding a firm because of marketing, as it's quite possible the actual service or product is still useful. But it does make a recommendation harder.

If they don't pay the people who do their marketing much (as we can see from the quality of the service), I assume the scholarships won't pay much as well.
