Forget about the pictorial-association method. Our method helps you not just to remember what you are learning but to develop an ability to write as well information you will need to learn Chinese. All characters and words are explained by illustrations that make perfect sense.

Notice: Some characters are not explained in the traditional way, nor by the origin. Chinese writing system has more than 3,000 years of history, many characters have changed shapes and meaning, and are impossible to be explained in such way. We try our best to follow the origin as much as possible.
