Has a valid US passport, but lost my original Chinese passport, and the previous expired US passport which had my last VISA to China

There are back threads here discussing similar issues. Bottom line is that you should ultimately get your visa, but if the visa people don't see proof you've relinquished your Chinese citizenship then they'll refer back for confirmation from the PSB in your home town, and that can take quite some time, depending. So allow a few months to be safe.
