The ones I used to go to are no longer there. I heard that they moved them all out of 3rd ring road to reduce truck traffic in the center of the city. Are there any resource that list these? You can sometimes find online listings, but there's no guaranty they're up-to-date. I've found the best approach is asking in some local shops dealing in the stuff you want. They usually know.
