Other scholarships for non-language graduate degree seekers?

So I missed the Government Scholarship deadline for the university I wanted to attend. Is there any alternative for me to still get a scholarship besides the government scholarship? I'm an American going for a non-language degree at Fudan University. I didn't realize the deadline for the government scholarship at Fudan is apparently the end of February. Are there any other scholarships that may be available to me, or am I just gonna have to look into other programs that aren't past the deadline?

Also, although I missed the deadline to apply through Fudan, is it possible to apply directly for the scholarship and still be able to use it towards admission to Fudan?

I read about this somewhere elese and it is not. If you HAVE to go with Fudan, you gotta wait. I am also missed the deadline too .... Feb 28 .
