I need a note to put on the windshields of cars that block other cars in. Can anyone help?

Great!  I love it!  But maybe without the explicit threat of violence.  More scolding and educational about the fact that people can't move their damn cars when you block them in.

Of course, except that license plate insignia aren't really very subtle signals. I was thinking of a small window sticker or card left on the dashboard.

Several years ago for reasons not important here I was given a complimentary diary from our local constabulary. Green leather cover bristling with gold printed insignia and the words Hampshire Constabulary and the words Diary in small print on the bottom.

Left on the dashboard I am sure it brought me some small measure of protection from parking tickets for a couple of years.
