None of the local restaurants local in North Carolina have heard of it. Thanks

Luxi Posted April 24, 2018 at 10:18 AM Report Share Posted April 24, 2018 at 10:18 AM That looks good enough to eat @happy_hyaena A Google search for 'chow ma mein soup' gets 365,000 results and 188,000 for 'chou ma mein soup recipe'. Apparently it's a Korean/Chinese dish, also called Kampong in Japan. I might try making it at home: http://www.scmp.com/magazines/post-magazine/food-drink/article/2056548/susan-jungs-recipes-champong-korean-spicy-seafood
