irismedia 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2018 What expenses should an expat forsee when living in Harbin? More accurately how expensive can it get keeping a one bedroom, furnished apartment? Pandarow 9 Report post Posted June 9, 2018 The dormitory expense in Harbin is not as high as in Beijing and Shanghai, approximately ￥1,000-2,000/month for a one bedroom based on location and room quality, you may find more information here at http://zu.hrb.fang.com/house/g21/ . For other expenses like transportation, telecommunication and eating, eating is a big part, around ￥1,500/month if you plan to each outside, it is cheaper(￥500) if you can cook by yourself.
