What is this stroke callled please?

I am just new Chinese learners, I am from Egypt. I am learning and then teaching it in a pictographic way.

In the word (speech) yán 讠

What is this stroke called? Is it even a stroke? That tilted stroke to the right at the end of heng.

It is indicated by an arrow in my picture.

The second stroke in the left-side radical 讠is composed of 3 movements~directions (though all counted as one stroke) and thus called 横折提 héngzhétí. See the following pdf for further info, in which this item is stroke type #27 of 39: https://www.unicode.org/L2/L2003/03420-cdl-strokes.pdf
