What are my chances to get an X1 student visa under these conditions?

Hello,

My situation is a bit different and weird. For starters, I already had an X1 student visa to study in a language program in a university. However, due to an understanding, I misused my visa and went to Hong Kong S.A.R and wasn't let back in mainland China.

I talked to my school and they said they may accept me even though I arrive late and the most important thing is getting another X1 visa in my home country. 

I have all the documents needed except for JW202 and admission notice, however, my school starts on September 5th and I will receive JW202 and admission notice by the first week of September and apply for the visa again.

So, in light of these, do you think I'd be able to get a visa again? Thanks

What do you mean

"Misused your visa". Did you already have the residence permit or just go to HK on the X1 visa? Did you try seek employment  on it etc;

 

The answer as whether you get a new one will  be highly related to this I'd assume.

I had left China with my x1 visa , however, I already had a temporary residence permit paper saying I can enter mainland unlimited times. 

 

I went to HK for my friend's wedding and now I can't go back to mainland China.

 

I stayed in HK for two days and flew back to my country asap. I didn't seek employment and etc.
