Would appreciate any and all advice including both the city and the university itself (espicially the international dorms). Would love to see some pictures aswell! Thanks guys!?? Lots of posts already here from people in Harbin. You might find something useful that way. Then you could return with more specific questions. More focused inquires are likely to get better replies.
