The lady ticked the "bank statement and bank certificate" as one of my deficiencies. And this is confusing because according to my university, I wouldn't need to provide both of those because of the full scholarship and the J201 form (and it's stated in the admission notice clearly that I'm a recipient). I've asked friends who've had the CGS scholarship before, and none of them needed to provide both documents for application (and it wouldn't make sense because I don't have a suitable bank account because I just graduated from undergraduate). I wonder if anyone has run into the same problem before when applying. PS. I'll try again tomorrow with the embassy. This is just confusing and really frustrating to face.
