I recommend Chengdu not because it's the better choice, but because it is in a period of rapid change. Everything is getting better. We can't rewrite about the painful past. It's pointless to just complain. I'm just happy to see the changes in the environment and equality of opportunity. That's it. Any way, you can also see the remarkable improvement in air quality in Beijing in recent years, and they are happening almost all over the country, isn't it?
