I know 有时候 ， 的时候, but 时候候？ The full sentence is: 除了在数学课上每个星期见两次面，毛步康和白春水有的时候候也一起去饭馆儿吃饭,周末还一起出去玩儿。 It's from a Chinese Breeze text. Thank you! I suppose it is also possible that this is a cutesy way of saying 时候, but 1) I have never seen this (which does not mean it doesn't exist of course) and 2) Chinese Breeze is not likely to introduce rarely-seen words.
