Hello Hind, welcome to the forum.

You can find some practical information on this website:

https://cucas.edu.cn/

(note: this is a paying service. But it has lots of freely available information and lists of Chinese universities. It can give you ideas about which universities you will want to apply to, whether you decide to use their service or not.)

Also have a look at the scholarship sub-forum. The CSC scholarship and the CI (Confucius Institute scholarship) may help you apply and pay for university in China. Although I think it may be too late to apply for a scholarship this year (?) I let you check.

If there is a Confucius Institute or Chinese embassy close to you, maybe you can ask them for information and advice too.
