Hello readers! 

 

Thank you! I have really enjoyed a lot of the posts and it has really helped. This is my first post and I apologize for repeating this question but I just get lost down a well on some of threads....

 

I've done HSK 3 and would say I'm mid 4. Want to spend 3 months really (*ff ING) intensively. June-aug. Any suggestions for schools that are good, can provide the visa and have a mix of writing and LOTS of talking.  

 

Open to other locations, but I was looking at xiamen, anywhere with good food (chengdu....?). I looked at universities but the time lines are so rigid. All advice will be so much appreciated.

Kunming has several private language schools. Good food. Good climate. (Summer, however, is the rainy season.)

WHY WRITE THE TITLE IN ALL CAPITALS?

It just seems like you’re shouting. Like this: 

 

ALMOST EVERYWHERE HAS GOOD FOOD. ID LOOK AT LOCAL ACCENT/DIALECT - IS IT STANDARD OR CLOSE TO IT?. THIS IS BECAUSE YOU'VE ONLY GOT THREE MONTHS SO IT MIGHT WASTE SOME TIME DEALING WITH LOCAL DIALECTS. THEN CHECK OUT THE CLIMATE CLIMATE AND THE SCHOOL ITSELF (COST, CLASS SIZE ETC).
