陳德聰 Posted May 9, 2019 at 08:22 PM Report Share Posted May 9, 2019 at 08:22 PM Welp there is no “Kelly” in Chinese so it definitely doesn’t say that. It says 凱莉 which sort of sounds like “Kelly” if you say it in Mandarin. 1
Lu Posted May 10, 2019 at 08:54 AM Report Share Posted May 10, 2019 at 08:54 AM It reads Kaili, which is a good transliteration of the name 'Kelly'. But the calligraphy is pretty bad, the tattooist clearly had no idea what they were doing. 1
New Members ChineseNameDesigner Posted May 20, 2019 at 03:01 PM New Members Report Share Posted May 20, 2019 at 03:01 PM In China, 凯莉 is more like a girl's name. If you're a lady, that's a nice name for you, If you are a man, 凯利 will be more suitable for you。 And I agree with @Lu, the calligraphy of your tattoo is really bad. You should design it well before you use it as a tattoo.
