My girlfriend's daughter who is 2 years old needs her original birth certificate, we have a copy and her passport, as well as mother's passport, marriage certificate of daughter's parents and copy of the father. Anyone has any contacts in Dalian area or someone who can help us. Note to make we live in UK and my girlfriend (mother) is Belarusian. Thank you in advance, Andrei.
