I thought the red stamps looked like Chinese like characters. The other script I cant figure out. Some of the characters or letters do indeed seem to match up with Tibetan. The thing at top-right looks like some kind of Buddhist yantra, like you might see in a Thai sacred tattoo, but there seem to be several different writing systems here. Some of it looks a bit like Khmer.
