So im travelling to china in november for work, the factories/manufacturers ive been speaking with all wanted me to use wechat to book appointments etc But twice my account has been locked, once because i forgot my password, and once because my phone wouldn't receive the confirmation text, now its asked me again to verify the account with a user phone number. Ive already asked the 2 chinese contacts i had, ive emailed support 3 times, twice in chinese, one through facebook, and once through twitter, and still no response.
