Searching on their platform I only found 3 articles, but they do not really focus on Coronavirus that much (such as exams are postponed because of corona...). Plus, they ask you to subscribe....

Maybe using 自行 as a prefix gives a better connotation of voluntary action? 

 

It seems it's being used, e.g:
