Could anyone please translate this from Chinese?

Fragments from the classical poem 滿江紅.

怒发冲冠拦处

望眼仰天长啸壮怀

名尘与土八千里路

Translation here, though the Chinese text is in traditional characters, unlike the simplified characters on your shakers.

Salt-and-pepper shakers aren't common on the Chinese table, certainly not in that sort of design, so it's fair to assume this was made for export and the characters are there just as decoration, like the "English" on those t-shirts worn in Japan.

(I suspect "My wrath bristles through my helmet" isn't quite what you were expecting. But then neither was spending years studyiing Chinese just to be able to translate a couple of salt shakers.)
