I know this technology exists because I use it for english (https://www.temi.com/) and also there is a Bytedance app, 剪辑 that does it for free. The thing is this is an app on a phone, and i am wanting a website, whos output can be SRT file ( a standard caption file) If anyone can offer any help? or links, please let me know!
