We were one of the earlier people who had a VCR and that was the only movie we had (that I knew of, as a young kid). I remembered the movie's name to be "青春化雨", but Googling that resulted in nothing, so that makes me think I mis-remembered. I'm about 80% sure that it's Taiwanese, the setting seemed rich and China was poor at the time. The overall plot: Single dad with a few mischievous kids (5 I think?) Kids drove away multiple nannies / un-pairs A good natured nanny joins them, bonded with kids Dad was starting to date another woman Either that didn't work out, or dad realized he liked the nanny more. But at the end, they become a couple and live happily ever after as a family Just trying to re-watch something from my childhood. Please help me remember it.
