Practical Chinese Reader books. Ages ago, I had self-taught up into Book 4. At the time, I had access to some audio cassettes that went along with the books. I think they only went up to Book 4. Again -- that was a while ago, so I could be wrong. I know there is a NEW PCR, but I'm wondering whether there might be a place I can access the sound files for the older books (I have a stubborn fondness for them, even if they are creaky, and the NPCR is pricey). If anyone knows anything, or has ideas, please let me know. I've done a fair bit of Googling, and have turned up a couple of tantalizing links, but that's it.
