Trying to find beautiful painting name of artist

Bought a series of Chinese paintings I believe. Can you help me find out the name and title?

Reads (right to left): 湖光春色美   何秫 一九八七年 于陕西咸阳 "Beauty of autumn spring beside the lake." He Shu, 1987 at Xianyang, Shaanxi. Not too sure about the Shu 秫 in the painter's name, seems to fit with the characters on the seal too but I'm terrible at seal script and wasn't sure about the modern calligraphy either. Someone better will be along to correct that hopefully. 湖光春色 is a set phrase for a beautiful autumn spring scene beside a lake  (ETA and can by extension be used to call a person beautiful too IIRC).

Wouldn't 春色 be spring rather than autumn （秋色）？
