How much money are needed to produce a smartphone?

I know what design I want, hardware I want Snap 760 Zeiss camera DAC etc. 

      I need someone or company to put it together in Autocad or how they make it. and paint design I want where do I find such people company or Each factory has its own developing team.

      How many devices are minimal 5000, 10000? 

        How much money needed?
