Computer science master's degree for non-computer science major undergraduate with scholarship

Hello guys,

 

I have graduated from Polish University majoring in economics, how is likely to get into the computer science/software engineering master's English program in China starting in fall 2021? 

Moreover, I would need CSC scholarships to study in China. (Is it possible to get for the English program? I only know Chinese at the level of HSK 1 ?)

 

Which universities do you can recommend? I prefer the south of China because I hate the cold. 

I've been learning in my free time Java programming since my second year of my studies.

Question: are there Computer science/Software engineering masters program in Poland that would allow accept an economics major applicant ?

It sounds a little unlikely whatever the country, unless you find a masters program specially created for non-CS specialists, such as software engineering applied to economics or something like that.
