New Members kl369 Posted February 9, 2021 at 08:24 PM New Members Report Share Posted February 9, 2021 at 08:24 PM Hi everyone, I'm a student at the University of Edinburgh where I am doing my dissertation on language changes in older Chinese-English bilinguals. People who speak more than one language often experience changes in their languages in later life, but so far this has not been systematically studied. The questionnaire including some basic background information (age, gender, etc.), language background, and recent language changes. The survey is open to anyone who is/knows someone aged 50+ and is a Chinese-English bilingual (no need for them to be fully fluent). There are 4 different surveys to choose from, available in English, Simplified + Traditional Chinese: 1. One for people to report about their own experience 2. One for family members/friends to fill out on behalf of the individual 3. For professional caregivers 4. For medical practitioners I would really appreciate it if you spare some time to fill this out, thank you very much! here is the link: https://edinburgh.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6ySpqYdw2yyH1s1
