2021 CSC scholarship don't let me apply

I know I might be late but I'm trying to apply for CSC scholarship type B for a doctoral program. However I've been trying to select the application type for the past week and I kee having that 🚫. I've switched different browsers but still get the same thing. 

Did anyone have the same problem?

You shouldn't be late, usually deadlines are March/April

 

Before you can move on to Type A/Type B application tab, you must first finish everything on your personal details page. Maybe that's the issue?

I found out the problem. It was because of the personal details section. I didn't save some of my info. Thanks a lot it was very helpful
