Position of 了 changing the meaning

As far as I can make out, all three are correct in meaning "I have given the guitar to him".

I have been told there are some subtle changes inferences with the position of the 了. Can anyone help explain?

1. 我把这把吉他送给了他。

2. 我把这把吉他送给他了。

3. 我送了把吉他给他。

First, the third one is wrong. It should be 我送了把吉他给他
Second, if they have differences, maybe it's about which part the emphasis is on, but I think it depends on the context, the speaker's tone or gesture, etc.

Really? Couldn't the last sentence just be a contraction of 我送了一把吉他给他?

You are right. I said that not to mean it's grammatically wrong, just because Flickserve had wanted to use it as a translation to "I have given the guitar to him".
