ChineeSpeeke Posted March 21, 2021 at 02:59 AM Report Share Posted March 21, 2021 at 02:59 AM Former Chinese resident. Used to learn Chinese a number of years in China. Now looking to recover my skills, and I have been looking for textbooks that start from grade 1. But I don't want textbooks for english-speakers. I have been looking for ways to purchase textbooks totally in Chinese. Such as these. https://smile.amazon.com/%E6%A0%87%E5%87%86%E4%B8%AD%E6%96%87%C2%B7%E7%BB%83%E4%B9%A0%E5%86%8C%EF%BC%88%E7%AC%AC%E4%B8%80%E5%86%8C-%E4%BF%AE%E8%AE%A2%E7%89%88-B%EF%BC%89-%E8%AF%BE%E7%A8%8B%E6%95%99%E6%9D%90%E7%A0%94%E7%A9%B6%E6%89%80/dp/B0055X12A4/ref=pd_ybh_a_5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=2PQ2GRYKANPVPDJNFQYV But it's REALLY hard to find them. Any suggestions or help?
realmayo Posted March 21, 2021 at 07:48 AM Report Share Posted March 21, 2021 at 07:48 AM Perhaps you can download them here? https://www.chinese-forums.com/forums/topic/48612-chinese-yuwen-textbooks-grade-1-to-12-download/?do=findComment&comment=391715 And then if you like what you see, look for hard copies from a bookseller like https://global.jd.com/ ? Balthazar Posted March 23, 2021 at 09:00 AM Report Share Posted March 23, 2021 at 09:00 AM I've used JD, was a bit of a hassle to register my card but got it working in the end. Another option would be using an agent (e.g. Superbuy) to order for you.
roddy Posted March 23, 2021 at 09:12 AM Report Share Posted March 23, 2021 at 09:12 AM JD.com is great, but last I looked they had stopped shipping a lot of books overseas. May have changed now. Studychineseculture.com also carries these books.
