Hope someone with experiences can give some hints ? Thank you very much in advance! P/s: I have tried to search for this question, but most of the videos on YouTube only cover lower HSK levels... Mantou Posted August 8, 2021 at 11:21 PM Report Share Posted August 8, 2021 at 11:21 PM You write using pinyin. However it's not "smart" pinyin, that gives you whole words based on the pinyin. You basically have to write character by character. So if you write 厨房, you first need to find the correct 'chu' (might be the 8th 'chu' or so) and then the correct 'fang' (might be the 3rd 'fang'). 厨房 would however be the first 'chufang ' using normal "smart" pinyin.
