Can the sentence 都告诉你吃饭啊 be translated by "I told you to shut up"?

There is only one situation you can use this sentence. You are eating with others at a table and you can say the sentence to tell others to shut up and focus on his food. But the sentence sounds like a female and a TV drama version. Specifically, the ‘啊’ sounds like female. A version that you can use in daily life, by a male or female, may be like ‘吃你的饭吧’.

 

I would translate it to ‘I have told you to eat your food and shut up’.
