I think many things has their own copyright, i wish more and more people can have fun from them, but also don't want to lose the copyright. In my personal view, it's fair and reasonable. The website that (oh so subtly) has been embedded in the image is a forum where cat_star (there: cat) seems to be quite active, she also linked there before.
