bigbossman72 Posted January 12, 2006 at 04:17 AM Report Share Posted January 12, 2006 at 04:17 AM Hello all - I am thinking of getting a job teaching english in China, yet I do not want to deal with crazy cold winters ... is the weather in Shanghai or Suzhou moderate enough? I am thinking of teaching in either of these two cities. Any advice is much appreciated, esp. is you can recommend a school in either city. Thanks! delaSOuL Posted January 24, 2006 at 03:39 PM Report Share Posted January 24, 2006 at 03:39 PM From what my Mom tells me, the winter is Shanghai is much like what we experience in England -moderately cold, around 0degrees, with little to no snow. Nonetheless, because the city air is relatively moist, it will feel colder than what the actual temperature suggests -added chill effect weeeeeee!
