But I couldn't explain 花样年华 well, so I told them. It's like something like "one's glorious past, moment" Oh yes, I think your answer is pretty good. Also, you can break this term into 花樣 and 年華--meaning 像花ㄧ樣的(literally flower like)+年華(歲月)(time/life/year).
