I'm thinking about studying there someday to learn TeoChew and Mandarin. Are foreign student enrollments dropping? Are they doing anything to entice foreign students to study over there? If it should reoccur, I think China is muchmore fit to handle it this time around. Foreign student enrollment has actually been going up (from what I've heard), and I think China has made a fabulous recovery after SARS.
